We do not do refunds for upfront payments for the coaching programs as it would being doing you a disservice to let you quit, because we know you joined the program for a reason and that we can help you succeed. In saying that we do empathize with challenges that can arise in life that take our attention and may need our focus. If that happens you have two options.
1) You can defer to either the next group coaching program, or if you are doing the 1on1 coaching program you can defer for up to 3 months.
2) If you do not wish to defer you can credit the outstanding amount (established by your client success manager) from your coaching program and use it as credit to one of our other Surge Virtual Assistant or Surge Marketing Solutions Services like a VA, paid ads, a website or any other service we have.

Again, we do not offer refunds on the business coaching program especially with the amount of value added. And we do not offer an ‘I changed my mind refund!’ Plus, you have completed an agreement to a minimum of 12 weeks.
However, we do empathize with life can be challenging so if finances get hard you can request to pause your payments for up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks your weekly payments will be recommenced again until the minimum term or number of payments have been debited.

For the 1on1 coaching program it is a minimum 12 weeks term, obviously there is still much to achieve here so recommend you continue with your coach, however if you wish to stop your payments and exit the coaching program you can stop all future payments after the 12th weekly payment by emailing customer service on the email above.

2) If you do not wish to defer you can credit the outstanding amount (established by your client success manager) from your VA Package and use it as credit to one of our other Surge Coaching Programs or Marketing Solutions Services like paid ads, a website, funnels, SEO or any other service we have.
Again, we do not offer refunds on the virtual assistant program for services rendered, especially when your Vas invoice has been paid, and with the amount of value added. And we do not offer an ‘I changed my mind refund!’ Plus, you have completed an agreement to a minimum of 4 weeks.
If you are on the direct debit system. It is a minimum 4-week service you have committed to. And cannot cancel within the first 30 days. The 4 debits will continue to come out and be credited to your account if you choose not to continue with your VA and your payments automatically stopped after the 4th week payment.
However, we do empathize with life can be challenging so if finances get hard after the 30 days you can request to pause your payments for up to 4 weeks at any time or even cancel all together if you choose.

We do not offer refunds for upfront payments made toward our Marketing Solutions services, as it would be doing you a disservice to let you quit. We trust that you engaged us to help grow your business, and we are confident in our ability to deliver results. That said, we understand life happens and unexpected priorities can arise. If this occurs, you have two options:
1) You can pause your current service for up to 30 days and resume when ready.
2) If you do not wish to pause, you may apply any unused portion of your payment (as determined by your project manager) as credit toward other services we offer—such as Paid Ads, Virtual Assistants, Website Design, SEO, Funnels, or GHL CRM setups.
We do not offer refunds for ongoing monthly payments once a billing cycle has started, especially considering the amount of value delivered through our services. We also do not offer an “I changed my mind” refund. By engaging with our services, you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated in your contract.
However, we understand that finances can be tight at times. If needed, you may request to pause your services and payments for up to 4 weeks. After the pause, billing will automatically resume and continue until your service term is completed.
